About Our Silk Flowers
What are the benefits of using silk or alternative flowers?
Silk and alternative bouquets have gained a lot of popularity in recent years. The quality of silk flowers has increased dramatically. While some may choose to go with traditional fresh flowers, silk and alternative bouquets can be a great option for several reasons.
- ideal for those in a bridal party who suffer from allergies
- less care/maintenance for very hot or cold days
- less delicate for easy travel
- you are not limited on flower choices by season

What types of flowers do you use?
We use faux flowers made of various materials including fabric (silk flowers), foam blends, or dried flowers. We source all of our flowers from professional wholesalers in order to provide you with many high quality flower options.
What types of materials can I choose to be used in my arrangements?
We have experience in creating arrangements using many different materials. We use traditional silks, real touch (faux flowers with extremely realistic look and feel), wooden flowers, paper, gems/brooches, feathers, pearls, custom fabric flowers, and more. We welcome your creativity!
Booking Your Floral Order
How do I get in touch with you?
You can initiate a consultation or initial quote by:

What can I expect during a consultation?
A consultation is required for us to understand the amount of time and types of materials needed.
Our consultations are always free and can be done in person, over the phone, through email, or via Facebook Messenger. Your initial consultation will cover questions on the date of your event, your floral and event style, your overall vision for your arrangements, and requests for specific flowers, materials, and colors. We go over your inspiration pictures and pictures from our gallery. We can also bring floral and arrangement samples for in person meetings.
How do I order floral arrangements?
You can order your floral arrangements after your initial consultation. This can be done either in person at your consultation or through the Vintage Vines website. A link will be provided for you where you can securely order your arrangements.
Do you require a deposit or a contract?
Yes. We require a 25% deposit of your final quote amount and a signed contract before work can begin on your order.
For larger orders that require more than 4 weeks to complete, your deposit is refundable for two weeks (14 days) after we have received payment and your signed contract. After this time period your deposit is no longer refundable.
For smaller orders that require 4 weeks or less to complete, your deposit is refundable for one week (7 days) after we have received payment and your signed contract. After this time period your deposit is no longer refundable.
Creating Your Floral Arrangements
How long will my order take?
This varies based on the size of your order and the types of arrangements you’ve selected. Every arrangement is handmade, often hand wired, and take time.
Our time minimum is 4 weeks for orders of 8 or less pieces (ex. bridal bouquet, bridesmaids, boutonnieres, and corsages). For any order involving multiple centerpieces, intricate designs, or specialty decor we require at least 6 months between consultation and your event date.
Receiving Your Floral Arrangements
Do you deliver?
Yes. We deliver for a small fee of $7 for the following local towns: Lunenburg, Fitchburg, Leominster, Sterling, Groton, Townsend, Shirley, Gardner
Delivery outside of our local radius can be arranged as we happily serve central Massachusetts and Southern New Hampshire.
Do you offer setup of my floral decor on the date of my event?
Yes. Setup can be arranged, especially for centerpieces and decor so that you do not have to worry about it on the day of your event.
Can my floral arrangements be shipped?
At this time we do not currently ship our arrangements. Our delivery charge is often less than what you would pay in shipping and it eliminates the possibility of lost or damaged (precious) goods.
